TERMS & REFUNDS
Terms of Service, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
The terms governing use of our platform and AI compute services.
1. Service definition
Nexus AI Group provides GPU cluster compute rental and related infrastructure services (the “Compute Services”). USDT is the platform settlement unit used to record service credits and applicable account balances.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use the Compute Services to launch network attacks, mine cryptocurrency, undertake malicious high-energy activity, generate or distribute unlawful, discriminatory, violent or infringing content, conduct unauthorised large-scale scraping, or infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Service levels and disclaimer
Services are provided in accordance with the applicable service order and SLA. AI outputs may be inaccurate or biased. We provide underlying computing resources only and are not responsible for content generated by a user’s models or API calls. Users remain responsible for legal compliance of their applications and content.
4. Intellectual property and data
Ownership of model weights, training data and code submitted to the cluster remains with the user or the lawful rights holder. Data processing, retention and deletion are governed by the service order, technical configuration and applicable law.
5. USDT balance policy
USDT is the platform balance unit for recording applicable service credits and settlements. Cancellation, refund, validity and treatment of unused balance are subject to the applicable service order and mandatory law.
6. Service interruption and remedies
Where power, network or hardware incidents affect availability, the response will follow the applicable SLA and impact assessment. If compensation is verified as due, service balance may be credited in accordance with the agreed terms; this is not a promise of cash reimbursement.
7. Disputes and force majeure
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, a dispute may be referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its applicable rules. Effects of war, natural disasters, government restrictions and large-scale outages are handled under the service order and applicable law.
